Our cleaning prices are subject to a minimum total charge of $100 (or $69 if we are already in your area)
Most carpet cleaners classify a single room as being a maximum of 13 sq.m. Magic Dry works up to 18 sq.m. per room (most main bedrooms).
Magic Dry fabric and upholstery cleaning solutions work equally well on mattresses. Our process will leave your mattress sanitarily clean.
When quoting a fabric lounge suite or multiple fabric lounge suites, we add all the lounges together to determine the total number of seating positions that we will be cleaning. Our pricing is based on the total number of seating positions.
We charge $250 for the first 35 square metres.
If you have over 35 square metres, it is $6 per square metre thereafter.
We offer a $10 discount for you and your neighbour when you book both jobs to be done straight after each other.
We also offer a $20 discount if you get 2 different types of items cleaned at the same time. (subject to a minimum charge of $100 per item type)

I booked Colin with Jenny over the phone to visit my Grandmothers house to clean her carpet. Jenny was very helpful and fitted us in the next day which was a Saturday morning.
